Buying a house from out of state is no joke. From before we even set foot on Colorado soil, Bree worked diligently with us, answering a multitude of questions about areas, inventory, and giving us her experience on what types of offers sellers were accepting. We were on a tight timeline and had originally set the day after we flew in to hit the ground running. But from the moment our flight landed early, and we wanted to completely revamp our viewing schedule, Bree was all over it. She met us at our first house an hour after our flight landed with a lineup of houses to see. Not only did she show us houses, she quickly assessed our likes and dislikes and helped us revamp our viewing schedule yet again. All the while, Bree was doing tons of research for us on things such as HOA’s, guidelines for building fences for our dogs, and finding more houses to view that weren’t on our initial list. She was also there for us AFTER we made an offer on our home, doing research on contractors and costs to fix the agreed upon inspection findings, making appointments with contractors, and rearranging her schedule to meet them at the house when we couldn’t.
